Why You’ll Love Creamy Chocolate Overnight Oats

Creamy Chocolate Overnight Oats taste like dessert for breakfast. The Greek yogurt and chocolate protein drink base make it high in protein while also making it creamy and delicious! You’ll get 31.5 grams of protein. I used chocolate Fairlife Nutrition Plan which has 30 grams of protein per bottle so the half cup adds 10 g protein in this recipe.

The chia seeds, oats, and raspberries make this a high fiber breakfast with 11 grams. These overnight oats will keep you feeling full longer!

Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt: provides protein, thickens the overnight oats, and makes them creamy. I used plain nonfat.
  • Chocolate protein drink: the liquid for oats and chia seeds to absorb, makes it chocolatey, adds more protein, and provides calcium. I used Fairlife Nutrition Plan which has 30 g per bottle so the half cup adds 10 g protein in this recipe. Any chocolate protein drink can be used.
  • Cocoa powder: adds an extra chocolatey flavor.
  • Oats: the carb source for energy that also provides fiber and protein.
  • Chia seeds: high in omega-3 fats and fiber, plus adds protein.
  • Raspberries: high in fiber and vitamin C.
