Why You’ll Love Cottage Cheese Pizza Dip

Who doesn’t love pizza? This Cottage Cheese Pizza Dip has the classic flavors of pizza you’ll enjoy with tomato sauce, oregano, mushrooms, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt add creaminess and makes the dip high protein. Each serving provides 22.5 grams of protein. This dip makes a great snack or appetizer. Eat a larger portion and it could be your lunch!

Enjoy this dip with toasted sourdough bread or sliced bell peppers. You can also add more ingredients to the dip, like olives and diced peppers. Make it like your favorite pizza!

Ingredients

  • Cottage Cheese & Greek Yogurt: makes the dip high protein. You can use just cottage cheese, but the Greek yogurt helps to thicken up the dip.
  • Tomato Sauce: has vitamin C, vitamin K, and potassium.
  • Mushrooms: provides selenium, B vitamins, and potassium.
  • Oregano: immediately makes it smell like pizza.
  • Mozzarella: adds protein and calcium.
  • Pepperoni: adds more protein. I used turkey pepperoni because it is lower in fat and calories.
