Most active people should aim for at least 25-30 grams of protein at their meals in order to reach their daily protein needs. It was a challenge to find frozen breakfast options with that much protein, but I wanted to find items at least close to 25 grams. These nine selections range from 17 to 24 grams. You can always eat an extra high protein snack that day. Greek yogurt with fruit is an easy way to add in more protein and fiber.
