Why You’ll Love High Protein Overnight Oats

Protein and fiber at meals helps keep us full and satisfied. Getting both at breakfast is the best way to start your day! These overnight oats are super simple to prepare and help you start your day off right.

You’ll get 22.5 grams of protein and 8.5 grams of fiber with these oats. Make it an even more filling breakfast by adding Greek yogurt and fruit in the morning. Half a cup of Greek yogurt adds 12 grams of protein for a total of 34.5 grams of protein for breakfast! I love adding strawberries to mine.

Ingredients

  • Oats: provide fiber and carbs for energy.
  • Chia seeds: full of fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids.
  • Protein drink: using a protein drink as the liquid easily boosts the protein in these overnight oats. I like using chocolate Fairlife.

How to Make High Protein Overnight Oats

In a small bowl or container that has a lid, add oats, chia seeds, and protein drink. Stir to combine. Cover with lid. Refrigerate overnight or at least 3-4 hours until liquid is absorbed.
