Why You’ll Love Lentils and Beans

Lentils and Beans is a great recipe if you are trying to eat more fiber. Each serving is high in fiber with 14.5 grams, which will keep you feeling full longer. It’s also high in protein with 19.5 grams. I like to add a little ground beef for extra protein. You could also add tofu or top with cheese for more protein.
