Why You’ll Love Protein Pumpkin Balls

I love a sweet snack that is also nutritious, and these Protein Pumpkin Balls provide protein, fiber, and micronutrients. Each ball has 10 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber. Get the sweet taste of fall with these delightful bites.

These are simple to prepare. Just mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and then form balls. Now you have a sweet and healthy treat ready to go!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin: a fall staple and rich in vitamin A and has vitamin C, riboflavin, and potassium.
  • Peanut butter: any creamy nut butter can be used. Helps thicken up the pumpkin and allow ingredients to hold together.
  • Maple syrup: adds sweetness.
  • Oats: adds fiber.
  • Vanilla protein powder: use your favorite protein powder. I used vanilla, but other flavors can also be used.
  • Pumpkin pie spice: the delightful fall flavor.
