In a large mixing bowl, mix yogurt, curry powder, turmeric, and cayenne pepper.

Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and add to yogurt sauce. Evenly coat chicken with yogurt sauce.

Dice onion. Set pressure cooker to sauté and add olive oil. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes. Then, add rice and stir to mix. Add cauliflower and chicken. Add 1.5 cups water. Lock on pressure cooker lid. Cook for 12 minutes. Quick release pressure.
